Why is there a price difference between wedding photography and event photography?

Wedding photography costs more than regular event photography due to its unique demands. Weddings are day-long events, requiring extended hours of coverage. The need for high professionalism and the one-time nature of weddings adds to the cost. Specialized knowledge of wedding ceremonies is also essential for capturing important moments, making wedding photography pricier.

Why should I hire an event photographer?

Any amateur can get lucky and get one great shot or have the skill to make an excellent image here or there, but a professional photographer is able to provide you with consistent, high-quality results.

How many photos can I expect?

We typically deliver approximately 30 images per hour, prioritizing quality over quantity. We prefer not to set a fixed number as each event varies based on factors such as weather, location, and the type of event.

How much do you charge for urgent project?

An urgent project can be completed within 3 business days, with an additional fee of $200 for the entire project. If you require only a few photos (up to 10 photos), they can be completed within 1 business day, with an extra charge of $10 for each photo.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, shoots require a $100 (non-refundable, but transferable) deposit to book and secure your date, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session.

What if I have to reschedule?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. When we book your shoot, we reserve that specific date and time just for you. Last-minute cancellations for non-emergency reasons make it challenging for us to fill that time slot.
