Is it allowed to have a photoshoot with my pet inside the Zoomkeeper Studio?
Our studio primarily focuses on portrait photography, with many clients coming in and out. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate in-studio pet photography at the moment to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients, some of whom may have allergies. We'd be happy to provide portrait photography services if you're interested. Thanks for understanding.
Any recommendations on where to shoot pet photography?
At home: Shooting at home can help pets feel more relaxed, especially for shy or easily anxious pets. Pet's preferred location: Consider your pet's interests, such as shooting at their favorite park or play area. Outdoor natural settings: Shooting in parks, beaches, or forests allows capturing pets in natural light, showcasing their liveliness and natural behavior.
What do we do if it rains?
We know how much goes into planning a session for you. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will certainly reschedule. Your session payment will be transferred to the new date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, shoots require a $100 (non-refundable, but transferable) deposit to book and secure your date, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session.
What if I have to reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. When we book your shoot, we reserve that specific date and time just for you. Last-minute cancellations for non-emergency reasons make it challenging for us to fill that time slot.
